ELIZABETH CRESS HAIR BONNET REVIEW
08:06Hi guys, welcome to a new week.
I shared this on Shanyi Organics instagram page yesterday and its one of my resolutions this year to have positive vibes only, to stay around people that inspire and bring out the best in me, to be in control of my life and not allow life's challenges determine my mood. I choose joy, I choose to stay HAPPY, POSITIVE and OPTIMISTIC. That's my choice and I want you to do that too because the truth is worrying has never made any situation better. I'd advice you to pray instead. Take your burdens, cares, worries, pain, tears to God and leave it with Him. Don't pray and worry, nothing good can come from that combination.

To today's post, I met this young beautiful lady Funmi Kehinde of Elizabeth Cress at the Naija Naturals hair meet up organised by Tosin Alabi sometime last year. The first thing that caught my attention when I saw her was the huge ankara hair bow she had on her hair. It was so beautiful, I could not stop admiring it. I later found out that she was a vendor at the event, she came with ankara hair bows, accessories, jewelleries and Satin hair bonnets to sell. There was something about her hair bonnet, it was satin inside and ankara outside. Ain't she so creative?? When I saw it, I was WOWED. I couldn't get one then because I had one already, till late last year when the one I had started slacking, so I had to change it. Then I remembered Elizabeth Cress 'satin ni ankara' hair bonnet and I gave her a call (yes I collected her card at the meetup, lol) few weeks back requesting for one. We arranged to meet some where and guess what when she arrived she handed me a bag that had 2 hair bonnets in it. I wanted to jump on her sincerely but we were in the public, I was that happy. Another thing you should know is that her packaging is great, my words can't really explain, you have to see it to understand.
First of all, a hair bonnet is a satin or silk cap worn on the head at bed time. It is made of silk or satin because unlike cotton it is gentle on our hair, it does not draw out moisture from our hair and it glides on our hair without causing friction that could lead to hair breakage. A satin hair bonnet helps to preserve your curls, helps to reduce tangling of your hair at night and helps your hair dos last longer.
Elizabeth Cress is an African Inspired Company which designs Jewellery, Ankara Accessories such as Satin bonnets and bows from the best materials for today's woman.
