MY INFUSER BOTTLE
22:00For the past few weeks I've been having this feeling of dehydration, I was suffering from indigestion, my skin was breaking out especially my face, I was always feeling weak and I lost some weight. I have not been eating well lately though so I kinda knew what was going wrong. You know our diet affects our health both internally and externally(our hair, skin and nails). Not taking enough fruits, vegetables and water can lead to dry skin and hair which would eventually lead to breakage of hair and skin. So I decided to look into that aspect of my life cause my face was feeling really dry and scaly, I even had to call a natural cosmetologist to ask for help. The recommended dose of water per day is about 5 to 8 liters, but water is not sweet so it's quite difficult to take so much each day except on really sunny days plus for people like me that want to maintain flat tummy, taking that amount of water can cause our tummy to bulge except we take it sip by sip, who has time to be sipping water sef. Most fruits and vegetables contain a huge amount of water, for example watermelon, even though I call it the most stressful fruit cause it has so much seed I wish there are seedless watermelons, life would be a whole lot easier. Back to the matter, fruits and vegetables can be used to complement water, you can make smoothies, juices and you can infuse the flavor from the fruits into water, so you would have flavored water which is more fun to take. I attended a natural hair meet up organized by Naija Naturals sometime in May and in my goody bag was an infuser bottle, I didn't know how to use it till I stumbled on some guys on instagram Shedfat, they post short clips on how to use the infuser bottle as seen here. Since I was feeling dehydrated and I was tired of drinking water, I decided to use my infuser bottle for the first time, stay tuned I'd be sharing the steps soon.

I didn't refrigerate mine, so it was not tasting fresh I had to pour it away. To get the best results make sure you refrigerate overnight.

Wow great article... Beauty has a price indeed. I actually noticed that my afro was going alarmingly dry and just as I was still searching for reasons, I now realize that the considerable deep in my fruits and water intake could be part of the reasons. I hardly find time to keep up a good physique but I guess somethings are worth doing well.. Thanks for sharing.
